Extensive materials and resources are provided during the classroom experience and managers have ample opportunity to collaborate with and learn from their peers. Following the course, additional in-person and online learning opportunities are provided to ensure managers’ ongoing professional development. In addition, participants can engage in a Hospice MDP egroup where networking and problem solving with fellow colleagues enhances the effectiveness of the manager.
