This course is designed to provide a context for joining the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) in transforming the hospice and palliative care culture to recognize our Nation’s Veterans, offer appropriate, high quality services provided by a knowledgeable and skilled staff, communicate effectively and honestly with our Veterans, and efficiently coordinate transitions across VA and community settings of care.
In order to complete this online course, the participant must view the entire course, correctly answer all quiz questions and complete the evaluation.
