HFA's "Living With Grief: Improving Care for Veterans"

NHPCO will host the Hospice Foundation of America's program, "Living With Grief: Improving Care for Veterans" at the National Center for Care at the End of Life conference room.
There is no charge to attend this program which will be a recorded broadcast produced by Hospice Foundation of America. Continuing education will be available at a low cost online through Hospice Foundation of America.This 3-hour continuing education program (2.5 hour educational video and 30 minute local discussion) is designed to assist end-of-life care provider organizations and health and human service professionals in enhancing their sensitivities and understanding of veterans and to provide professionals with new interventions to better serve dying veterans and their families.
