Executive Leadership

To ensure that current and future executives have the knowledge, skills and competencies they need to meet today’s challenges and lead their programs into the future, NHPCO created the Executive Leadership Program. At this year’s MLC, a number of offerings are provided for executives:

• Leadership Matters, a full-day Preconference Seminar for new executives, is taught by seasoned and nationally-recognized leaders, offering an unprecedented opportunity to learn from some of the industry’s best
• A complete Executive Leadership track of concurrent sessions geared toward leaders includes topics of key interest to executives, designed to help you keep abreast of changes in the field and emerging trends.  All “A” concurrent sessions (2A, 3A, 4A…) are part of this track as noted by the Executive Leadership logo next to each session.
