SueAnn M. Reynolds
Biographical Profile

SueAnn M. Reynolds has worked at Family Hospice & Palliative Care for 11 years in the capacity of Executive Director and currently as the President & CEO.  She received a Bachelor of Science in Criminology from Indiana University and a Master of Arts in Sociology from Ball State University.  She has been an active state and national leader in hospice and palliative care over the past 6 years. 

SueAnn currently is involved with the Indiana Hospice & Palliative Care Organization (IHPCO) as the Education Chair, Past Governing Board President, Hospice Advisory Council Member, Executive Committee Member, and Public Awareness Committee Member. 

She is an active leader within the National Hospice & Palliative Care Organization (NHPCO) as a Council of States Representative, Council of States Steering Committee Member, of which she holds the chair-elect position, Council of States Steering Committee Nursing Facility Workgroup Chair, NCHPP CEO/Executive Director/President Steering Committee Member and Research Committee Member.  In 2010, SueAnn was bestowed the great honor by the NHPCO Governing Board to fulfill the one-year term of the Geographic Area Representative for the Great Lakes Region.

SueAnn also represents IHPCO at the following regulatory meetings:  CMS Region V, Medicaid, Palmetto, GBA Coalition and Palmetto, GBA Provider Outreach and Advisory Group.  For IHPCO and other associations, she has provided numerous presentations from general hospice & palliative care, documentation dos and don’ts, physician billing to regulatory/CoPs.
