Whether your organization is developing a specialized response to dementia care or simply searching for resources and information to enhance the skills of your staff, NHPCO’s Dementia Workgroup has created a new online publication that will help, Caring for Persons with Alzheimer’s and Other Dementias: Guidelines for Hospice Providers. This publication is designed to help hospices better understand the many challenges in providing quality, person-centered care to patients with dementia, and their families and caregivers.
