The Deadline for Requesting Corrections to the 1^st Semester 2010 FEBS Report is this Sunday, August 21^st…  Please take time to review your individual FEBS report to determine whether the number of mailed and returned surveys matches your records. If there are any discrepancies between the two please email your DART ID and Password to FEBS@nhpco.org and indicate the changes that need to be made.
