For health care professionals aiming to improve palliative care in their institutional settings, Innovations is an online peer-reviewed journal which also has a standing print presence in the Journal of Palliative Medicine. Funded by Last Acts and the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, Innovation's primary goal is to disseminate best practices and support institutional change by a careful examination of the process of implementing successful programs and by offering international and cross-cultural perspectives in each thematic issue.
