A National Program of the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, Faith in Action seeks to combine the resources of local faith community and community organizations, such as hospices, to serve their neighbors. Sponsored by the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, Faith in Action offers start-up grants of $35,000 to help communities organize new caregiver coalitions. Hospices are eligible to apply.
