How they work: Webinars are brought to you live in your location via the internet. Participants listen to presenters and view PowerPoint presentations in real time on their computers. Attendees may participate by utilizing interactive features (such as polling questions) and submitting questions electronically. Participation requires a computer with internet connection. Your intire organization can attend for one reasonable price.
What they are: There are two standard tracks of Webinars; Interdisciplinary and Quality/Regulatory topics. Interdisciplinary topics focus on clinical issues for the interdisciplinary team. Quality and Regulatory topics concentrate on subject matter for your quality, regulatory and compliance teams. Though Webinars are designated as interdisciplinary or Quality/Regulatory, anyone can register and participate. How to access: Instructions will be emailed approximately 48 hours prior to the webinar to the person who registered for the webinar. The email will contain information needed to access the webinar, handouts, CE/CME and evaluation instructions.
When they take place: Webinars occur from 2:00-3:30pm ET. Interdisciplinary topics take place on the 2nd Thursday of every month. Quality and Regulatory topics take place on the 4th Tuesday of every month. Some dates are chanced to avoid holiday and event conflicts.
