• You will receive a certificate suitable for framing after you submit your organizational pledge form.
• Your organization will be posted on the Quality Partners section of the website as an Organizational Quality Partner. Please note: the website is updated monthly at the beginning of each month.  
• Your organization will be designated by a “Q” symbol on the “Hospice Locator” on the NHPCO website.
