About the Event

NHPCO’s Interdisciplinary Conference (IDC) is a unique opportunity for your company to showcase your products and services before a dedicated and diverse array of hospice and palliative care professionals from all backgrounds. Attendees of this event come to experience a unique blend of keynotes, concurrent sessions, preconference learning and networking opportunities all grounded in the philosophy of the interdisciplinary organization. Who Attends?

More than 700 hospice and palliative care professionals are expected to attend NHPCO’s Interdisciplinary Conference this year. The Exhibit Hall provides conference registrants an opportunity to learn about the latest products and services in the industry.  It is a showcase of new innovations and developments to help the members of the interdisciplinary team increase their level of care.

For Supporters

  • All supporters that have completed an application form and submitted payment to NHPCO will receive a link that allows you to select your top 3 choices. A confirmation email will follow.
  • Supporters will have first selection of booth space in accordance with the level of sponsorship.

    • Bronze, Copper, Pewter- July 24, 2018
  • A minimum of 50% is due at the time the Supporter and/or Exhibitor application form is submitted.

Connectivity Café with Mixtroz! – Digital and Face-to-Face Marketing Combined - $15,000 

Be a sponsor of the Mixtroz App and Connectivity Café and make networking at IDC not only valuable, but fun! Meeting new people at conferences and events can at times feel unnatural, even when the primary purpose of attending is to network. When an attendee arrives at the event, they can download the app for free and answer up to ten multiple-choice questions that are preselected by the host or sponsor.

When it’s time for the groups to assemble, the app tells everyone where and with whom they’ll be meeting. It’s digital and face-to-face marketing combined! Relaxation Station - $12,500

Sponsor the Relaxation Station in the Exhibit Hall floor and be a hero to attendees! This year attendees can receive professional neck and back massages in the lounge. Associate your company's name with rest, relaxation and the convention's most sought-after service. Collect qualified leads as attendees seek out your booth to request vouchers to redeem in the massage area. Sponsorship includes three full days of service. Your organization name would be prominently featured within the Station and recognized in the NHPCO Mobile App and Program Guide.

Charging Lounge - $10,000

By sponsoring the Charging Lounge, you allow attendees to network and relax while charging their electronic devices. This sponsorship allows you to brand the Charging Station Lounge, giving you great visibility among attendees. Your sponsorship also allows you to distribute promotional materials in Charging Lounge. Your organization name would be prominently featured within the Lounge and recognized in the NHPCO Mobile App and Program Guide.

Official Opening Welcome Reception - $30,000 (Exclusive)

Let the Good Times Roll with the Opening Welcome Reception! The Opening Reception is THE top sponsorship opportunity and is the most widely attended event at the conference. Such a fun way to position your company and gain brand recognition among all attendees! 

Opening Welcome Reception Entertainment - $10,000 (Exclusive)

Be the sponsor of the band and this New Orleans-themed opening reception! Entertainment will recognize you and your company for added visibility!

WiFi - $20,000 (Opportunity to co-brand)

Reliable WiFi is a critical must-have productivity tool for any event! You and your company brand will be promoted through the WiFi login portal. Help attendees stay connected by sponsoring the WiFi connection.

Breakfast Bites and Coffee/Snack Break - $15,000

Refreshment breaks and coffee breaks provide a great opportunity for attendees to network and socialize in a relaxed environment.  Sponsorship of the Breakfast Bites or Coffee/Snack Break allows you to put your name and brand in full view of all IDC attendees.

The Angola Experience – A Special Educational Support Opportunity - $10,000

Become a supporter of this rate and inspiring opportunity and learning experience at the Louisiana State Penitentiary at Angola. Registered attendees will explore end-of-life care in this maximum security prison, hear from prison official and inmates involved in Angola’s award-wining hospice program and learn how it is changing life for the inmate population and corrections staff.
