Polly Rehnwall 

Polly Rehnwall is a Senior Manager for the Marketing, Sales and Customer Service Division of Simione Consultants LLC. Polly has been a featured speaker at over 100 home care and hospice association conferences. She has been a presenter for over a decade at every annual meeting of the National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization and the National Association for Home Care and Hospice. She has also presented to many state home care associations.

Polly specializes in referral development, referral and admissions management, and customer service. She has consulted with over 120 home care and hospice agencies nationwide to help grow their market share and gain a competitive edge.

Polly and Mike Ferris of Simione Consultants are the co-authors of the newly released “Legendary Results: Managing Hospice Referrals” and “Legendary Results: Managing Hospice Admissions” books. Polly is also featured on the “AdmitRight Boot Camp” DVD on how to effectively manage the referral and admission process.
