Faculty

Patti Moore RN, MSN, ARNP

Patti serves is the president and founder of The Watershed Group and former consultant/surveyor for the Joint Commission on the Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations. For over 30 years, she has worked with the hospice community of staff, volunteers and board members to ensure that every dying person and their loved ones have the chance to receive the finest end-of-life care available. Patti is a published author of 3 books including No Mission No Margin: Creating a Successful Hospice with Care and Competence. Patti also is an elite international Certified High Performance Coach working with individuals and groups to achieve superior levels of performance. She has extensive operational experience as a former executive director of one of the nation’s largest not for profit, community-based hospices in north central Florida, Haven Hospice. Patti has unique expertise in hospice operations, strategic positioning and planning, conducting retreats for leadership and boards of directors, and is a strategic advisor to many hospice executives.
