NHPCO is committed to supporting hospice and palliative care interdisciplinary teams to find practical approaches to complex situations and cases. That is why the 2024 Virtual Interdisciplinary Conference (IDC2024) will focus on opportunities and challenges on the front lines.
The Conference Planning Committee has built a program to address complexities, challenges, and complications faced by professionals delivering hospice and palliative care, to provide strategies and approaches to effectively address them and to ensure the provision of high-quality, evidence-based, exceptional care.
