NHPCO Members:

  • Continue the online registration process after you have logged in.
  • An email confirmation will be sent to you.

Non-Members:

  • Click on the online registration link and follow the instructions to create an account/profile (see the prompt above login box).
  • You will receive a user ID and password via email.
  • Complete the online registration process.
  • An email confirmation will be sent to you.

Faculty

  • Log in with your individual email and password. Don’t recall your login/password? Contact NHPCO’s Solutions Center at 800-646-6460 for assistance.
  • Continue the online registration process after you have logged in.
  • Look for the section that says “Reg Type”, click on the down arrow to select “Faculty”.
  • Once you choose this, the event will fill under the Event Fees section, choose the Faculty Rate box and then click on the “Add to Cart” button at the bottom of the page.
  • The next page will show the registration, click on the “Check Out” link at the bottom of the page.

Payment in full must accompany all registrations. To register online, a credit card must be used.

Cancellation requests must be made in writing; a $50 processing fee will apply. Cancellations postmarked on/before March 11, 2021, receive a full refund less the processing fee. Refunds will not be provided for cancellations postmarked after March 11, 2021. Substitutions must be submitted on/before March 18, 2021; please submit your request in writing. Send cancellation or substitution requests via email conferences@nhpco.org or via fax at (703) 837-1233. NHPCO reserves the right to substitute faculty or to cancel or reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances. If the conference must be canceled, registrants will receive a full credit or refund of paid registration fees.
