Come learn how a mindfulness practice can help you live more fully on and off the job.

Tuesday: Meditation for Overcoming Work/Life Challenges (6:45 AM - 7:45 AM - Room: Kalorama Room, Lobby Level)

Meditation is not just for the peaceful days; it can be a great ally when we feel overwhelmed. Learning how to skillfully manage difficult emotions, rather than avoiding or ruminating about them, can become one of your greatest superpowers. This workshop will teach you the four-step process for working with difficult emotions – whether they arise during your meditation, in the boardroom, at home and beyond.
