Hospice managers need a sound foundation of the basics of financial performance and financial management. Skills in risk management in the realm of financial management are also essential for today’s hospice. Hospice MPD participants will develop a framework for understanding necessary elements of hospice financial management. Focus will be on the essential tools for hospice financial performance, including budgeting, key reports and monitoring financial operations.
