Quality Connection Achievement
NHPCO is proud to celebrate the hospice organizations who are participants in the Quality Connections program and have earned at least one ring in the program’s four pillars. Each program pillar (Education, Application, Measurement, Innovation) contains activities that progressively track and improve both clinical and organizational quality. A ring is earned in a program pillar when four activities are completed in a calendar year.

The activities in the Innovation pillar push providers to reach for a higher level of quality engagement to reach service excellence. Therefore, not all organizations may earn their Innovation ring in the Quality Connections program. These activities require planning for achievement which may take more time than a calendar year.
