When Generations Connect: Powering Our Full Potential

Phil Gwoke
Gen Xer, BridgeWorks

Phil will walk us through four generations of hospice and palliative care professionals to raise awareness about the unique experiences that each has faced and how those have equipped them to handle these changing times. He will provide the audience with inclusive leadership strategies on how to support and motivate all of their staff members and health care providers in a way that honors and celebrates their diverse contributions. He will then transition into the panel discussion that will seek to highlight actionable solutions.
