This Webinar will identify and benchmark key performance indicators to help analyze and measure costs while still maintaining quality care. Faculty will identify and benchmark those indicators which both the clinical and financial teams can monitor and analyze. In addition, this Webinar will provide strategies for effecting change within your organization to drive quality improvement.

David J. Berman, CPA, CGMA, CVA

A Principal with Simione Healthcare Consultants since 2006 who joined the company in 1998, David has extensive experience in leading financial improvement initiatives and mergers and acquisitions in the home health and hospice industry. David earned a B.S. in accounting from the University of Connecticut, and is a Certified Public Accountant, Certified Global Management Accountant, and Certified Valuation Analyst. in 2015, he was named to the distinguished panel of 40 Under Forty by the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts and Consulting Training Institute, recognizing his expertise, commitment to excellence, and spirit of pioneering in the fields of health care finance and mergers and acquisitions.
