This Webinar will identify and benchmark key performance indicators to help analyze and measure costs while still maintaining quality care. Faculty will identify and benchmark those indicators which both the clinical and financial teams can monitor and analyze. In addition, this Webinar will provide strategies for effecting change within your organization to drive quality improvement.
