Congress is moving forward with hospice program integrity legislation. The Senate dropped their bill, the House version is moving along as well. Regardless of what the final legislation turns out to be, hospice providers will feel an impact. Judi Lund Person and Mark Slobodien discuss the current draft, concerns for the field and NHPCO’s ongoing involvement. This is a process providers should be aware of and involved in when the time for action arises.
