Who We Represent

Founded in 1978, the National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization (NHPCO) is the nation’s largest membership organization for providers and professionals who care for people affected by serious and life-limiting illness. NHPCO’s broad community of members includes local hospice and palliative care providers, networks serving large regions of the United States, and individual professionals.

Mission – To lead and mobilize the transformation of care delivery to ensure equitable access to high quality interdisciplinary, person-centered care for those living with serious illness.

Associate Membership – Associate Membership is designed for vendors, service and equipment providers, consultants, and other organizations that provide necessary products and services to the provider community.

Conferences – Through our annual conferences, NHPCO convenes hospice and palliative care professionals from across the nation to address the changing landscape of healthcare and advance interdisciplinary, person-centered support.

Exhibit and/or SponsorNHPCO’s onsite conferences feature the Expo Hall that provides opportunities for attendees to learn about your products, programs, and emerging trends in the field.
