Trisha Crissman currently serves as the Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for CommonSpirit Health at Home’s Home Care and Hospice Division. Trish is a passionate advocate for innovative home-based services and end-of-life care, a driver of deep, lasting change, and an entrepreneurial visionary with a long track record of achieving objectives above and beyond set goals and targets. She has had tremendous success overhauling operations and selecting, developing, retaining, and motivating highly specialized workforces. She is a strong cultural change agent and has formulated large-scale start-up and remediation plans, along with performance improvement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and increase revenue.

Trish is currently serving a three-year term as a Board Member of the National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization (NHPCO), as well as on the NHPCO Governance Committee and the Collaboration Opportunities Committee at NHPCO. Trish also currently serves on numerous CommonSpirit Health at Home JV partnership boards, including Community Health at Home, LLC, Reid-ANC Home Care, LLC, Community Mercy Home Care, LLC and Deaconess Health at Home, LLC.

Prior to joining CommonSpirit Health at Home, Trish served as Vice President, Hospice Division for AccentCare and Vice President, Hospice Division for Great Lakes Caring, where she oversaw national hospice operations. Her responsibilities led to improvements in financial performance, growth, engagement, quality outcomes, and patient experience.
