Logan Hoover is the Vice President of Policy and Government Relations of the National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization (NHPCO) and the Executive Director of the Hospice Action Network (HAN). Joining the organization in 2021, Logan manages the development and advancement of the policy, regulatory, grassroots, and political agenda.

Prior to joining, Logan served as Legislative Director for Congressman Tom Reed (R-NY). The Congressman was a senior member of the Ways and Means Committee, founder of the Bipartisan Problem Solvers Caucus and an active legislator in hospice policy. A native Long Islander, Logan graduated from The George Washington University with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Economics and a Master’s Degree in Political Management. He lives in Alexandria with his wife, Taylor, and treeing walker coonhound, “Chewy.”
