Hotel and Travel Questions
No, there is not a code for any of our hotel blocks. This year is a bit different than previous years – all hotel reservations should be made during the time of registration.
You will not receive your hotel confirmation number until the week of September 11 – 15th. Until then, if you need to make changes, log back into the Attendee Service Center.
First, you must register for the conference. During registration, there will be a section to select your hotel choice.
First, locate your confirmation email where it gives your login credentials to the Attendee Service Center. Then log back into the ASC and navigate to Hotel Reservation tab. There you can reserve or modify your reservation.

ALC2023 is hybrid and includes both in-person education and on-demand education. In-person attendees also receive access to the on-demand education.

What are the health and safety protocols?
NHPCO is working closely with the Statehouse Convention Center, Little Rock Marriott, the state of Arkansas, our exhibitors and supporters, and other partners on multiple health and safety protocols to prioritize your safety and wellbeing. For more information, review the Health and Safety Protocols.
The ALC2023 mobile app will include the most up-to-date schedule, faculty, session information, and more. Mobile app download instructions will be sent to registered attendees before the conference. Before the conference, review the in-person educational sessions and click “add to calendar” for any sessions you do not want to miss.
Live pre-conference programs, keynote, and concurrent sessions offer compliance, interdisciplinary, nurse, physician, and social work credit. A Certificate of Participation is also available for non-physician healthcare professionals.

Select sessions will be recorded on-site and will be added to the on-demand library by October 20.
Yes, you have access to the conference website which includes 25+ on-demand sessions, a virtual Exhibit Hall, networking opportunities, and more. Your conference website login credentials will be emailed (from NHPCO Conferences) on or before October 2, 2023. Please check spam/junk folders as logins may be filtered by some inboxes. Yes, throughout the conference there will be ample opportunity for you to network with your peers. From the “Homerooms” and “Committee and Council Lounge”, to breaks in Exhibit Hall, the conference will include time to connect around focused topic discussions and team building and application. The conference app can also be used to network with your colleagues and Exhibitors.
Yes, the National Hospice Foundation (NHF) will host a fundraising gala in conjunction with ALC2023, raising funds for NHF's Hospice Workforce Emergency Support Fund.

In-person conference attendees can enjoy breakfast bites on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, lunch on Monday and Tuesday, and various coffee breaks and receptions.
The overall conference evaluation will be available in the Attendee Service Center beginning Wednesday, October 4, 2023. Your feedback is very important for our future educational program.
The National Hospice Foundation (NHF), NHPCO’s philanthropic arm, and the MyNHPCO Community (for MyNHPCO Steering Committee members) will accept applications for ALC2023 scholarship funding beginning December 8, 2022, with a submission deadline of September 1, 2023. Individuals will be notified if they have been selected for a scholarship prior to the conference.

No, only individual registrations are available. Logins are unique to each individual and may not be shared. Access is only available to registered participants.
Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge work best. Internet Explorer and Firefox browsers do not work well, if at all.
Once in the on-demand session, navigate to the "Handouts" tab in the session description.
The list of on-demand sessions can be found by navigating to the “On-Demand” page on the conference website.

CE/CME Questions
The 2023 NHPCO Annual Leadership Conference offers CE/CME credit for compliance, interdisciplinary, nurses, physicians, and social workers who attend the live conference in Little Rock, Arkansas (live activities). To see which sessions qualify for each credit type, visit the “In-Person Educational Sessions” page.
Nurse and physician credits are available for most on-demand content. Compliance credits are also available for some sessions. Please visit the “On-Demand” page for a list of the exact sessions.
A Certificate of Participation is also available for non-physician healthcare professionals. For more information about CE/CMEs for this conference, please click here.
To request continuing education credits, attendees must participate in a session (either live or on-demand), review the references provided, and complete the session evaluation.
Interprofessional, Nurse, Physician, and Social Work credit regardless of type (live or enduring) must be claimed by December 31, 2023. Certificates will automatically populate in the conference portal.
Live Compliance CCB CEU’s must be requested by Wednesday, November 1, 2023. On-Demand Compliance CCB Non-Live CEUs must be requested by December 31, 2023. Compliance CCB CEU certificates will be emailed to those who requested within 1 month of the deadline.
Requests for CE/CME credit after this deadline will incur a $50 processing fee. CE/CME credit is NOT available after 6 months from the activity’s completion (June 30, 2024).
For live, in-person sessions in Little Rock, Arkansas, evaluations may be completed from the mobile app as soon as the session has concluded. From the Agenda, select the session you attended, and select “Rate” to complete the evaluation. Nurse and physician evaluations must be completed by December 31, 2023, and certificates may be downloaded through the Attendee Service Center.
For on-demand (enduring/non-live) sessions, evaluations may be completed through the on-demand conference site. After watching an on-demand session, navigate to the CE/CME tab, select “Evaluations & Certificates.” Once the evaluation is complete, participants may download their CE/CME certificate in the Attendee Lounge under CE/CME Certificate.
The deadline to request live CE/CME credit is December 31, 2023, for interprofessional, nurses, physicians, and social workers. These certificates are available in the Attendee Service Center, until December 31, 2023.
Live Compliance CCB CEU’s must be requested by Wednesday, November 1, 2023. On-Demand Compliance CCB Non-Live CEUs must be requested by December 31, 2023. Compliance CCB CEU certificates will be emailed to those who requested within 1 month of the deadline.

The Exhibit Hall is an integral part of the conference experience, providing attendees with the opportunity to update their knowledge on the latest products and services, uncover emerging trends, and develop influential connections.
